Our goal at Athlete Nutrition Coach is to empower and educate the athlete in the latest evidenced based nutrition principles. Too often we hear of symptoms of under fueling, GI distress during training, confusion over what to eat and how to structure meals around a busy training and work balance. There is so much conflicting information out there so we decided it was time to help you make sense of it all.
